Absolutely appalling! Ordered wallpaper in March which I never received. I sent complaint after complaint, made call after call and 7 months later they still haven't credited me! Even after telling me they would stop any interest being charged, they still charged me and had the cheek to charge me a late fee when I refused to pay for goods I did not receive.
The items were tracked so they know I have not had them but still done nothing! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
