AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Ordered a runner for hall on 4th September, still not with me by 24th september so emailed asking for order to be cancelled. Advised by Imelda Manalo from customer service department that it would be with me by 16th October- thought I'd waited this long may as well wait a couple more weeks! Checked my bank account this morning and noticed credit from studio.co.uk. I then checked my studio account where I noticed the order had been cancelled on 12th October without so much as a phone call or email. Really bad customer service. Why not just tell me on 24th september they couldn't fulfil order and I would of ordered elsewhere!!
