Absolutely disappointing company. In total 3 hours and 5 phone calls later. Decided to close my account. Ordered an item wanted to cancel it told cant. Item came requested collection 2 times no courier turned up. Paid £13:14 myself to give the item back. No one higher. They just put you on hold and dont care. No one can speak a word of English or even resolve your problem. By far the worst customer service ever. My advice avoid these cowboys.
