What an utter rubbish company. I've Just received a pair of adidas trainers which were bought as a present, however when I opened the outer packaging the box was all ripped. 20 mins on the phone to what they would call customer service, that's a joke as they didn't even resolve my complaint, they said I can buy another pair, return the originals and get my money back. I even asked if they could just send me a new box, that was to much hard work.
First and last time I'll shop at this place.
