Able to order item as required size is available. They take money & then say on delivery note that they’ve been unable to send as out of stock. I paid £4.99 p&p for the other item which only cost £2.99.
So annoyed because I would never pay £4.99 for a £2.99 item. Studio seem to think refunding p&p is good enough.
It isn’t. Disgusted with their attitude & something should be done about companies who take the money before checking if they can honour the sale.
I will not be buying from Studio again.
