Phoned this morning after 10 minutes to get through(email down) then told item might arrive after christmas this item was ordered on the 21 november i should have had it by now i ordered another one straight a way it still said in stock and would be here before christmas cannot trust that. Guy on the phone said he might not be able to cancel then!!! Why??? Neither has been sent it was amazing how little the customer services can do i have told them i will refuse to accept them my account will be cancelled very very poor service. I am totally disgusted with them
