Would be Zero if I could. Purchased daughter main birthday present from here. Received item with wrong parts so u able to use, 8 wks later still have said item 16 times told courier arranged to pick up.
9th week I’m told to just dispose of item as I see fit & because of problems they will not be sending a replacement & crediting my card back. If I want another I will have to purchase again at the higher price it’s now increased to bu an extra £40.
