Terrible Customer service.
Microwave broke 5 weeks after purchase.
Rang studio on 19th December, told courier would pick up, no courier turned up.
Rang again 20th, told courier would pick up, no courier turned up.
This went on until 30th December when I called and had a right go.
Now told they will credit the account and no need to return item...
Fingers crossed I get a refund, watch this space!
