I orderd a double bed on the 9th of December was told guaranteed by christmas, christmas came and went and still no bed deliverd so i spent ages getting through to studio customer service who are completely useless and dont have a clue just for them to tell me they are waiting for the bed to come back in stock so they sell you items that are not even in stock, i got a message middle of January saying i can pick a date for the bed to be delivered so i thought great no longer having to sleep on a mattress on the floor so i called the delivery company to book delivery date but to my surprise they tell me the bed was badly damaged when arrived to them so they sent it back and i need to contact studio to sort out my refund, so i did but i keep getting fobbed off now i am £340 out of pocket and still waiting for my refund, countless messages to studio only for me to get ignored, this company needs shutting down
