Just wish I had looked on here first. I usually do. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a slow cooker which came and the lid didn't fit. It was obviously a defective batch not a one off. Sent it back in November. They say the have refunded me but they haven't. My bank says they haven't. If you try and complain they just send you in an eternal loop of 'we've sent your email to the relevant department' who come back and say they paid it on 7/1/20. So you say no you haven't and the process starts again.
I have now registered a disputed payment with the bank who will get it back for me as I have proof that I am due a refund and proof that they haven't.
