Ordered a laptop and had to put £100 pounds towards it as well as my account balance I received an email advising me the laptop was out of stock after they had taken the money of course! I tried a number of times to speak to customer service for a refund as they decided to credit my account instead! But no one in that department seems to know what they’re doing either! Still out of pocket and not had any response awful service will never use them again
