Placed an order, at the payment stage was told there was an error and to start again. Did so only then to receive notification of 2 orders having been placed and 2 payments taken.
Spoke to customer services who apologised, cancelled one order and arranged a credit.
Now I'm waiting for delivery or money back on the 2nd. My account details have all changed, their phone lines are closed and they are not coming back to me via email. Meanwhile I'm £50 out of pocket!
