Unbelievably bad customer service.Returned an item on 2nd March via Hermes and have proof it was delivered to Studio on 4th March.As of today the 27th April and having 3 times supplied the proof it was returned my wife has still not seen her account credited back,they just keep asking for the same details ie receipts , proof of postage etc that we have supplied 3 times as they say they have no record of item being returned
