I have written 3 complaint emails and not had an answer!
My item is 3 weeks after anticipated delivery date and still no confirmation of when it will arrive.
Slow response time.
Don’t answer ANY of my questions.
Ignore my telephone call request.
Delay after delay after delay.
No reason why?
Just appalling customer service all round!
Tried calling and never answer! OR says closed when it clearly says they are open!
Shambles!
Still waiting for my item!
