Had problems a while ago with a Birthday gift for my Grandson which was faulty. Arranged 3 times (and took these days of work) for collection, which didn't happen! Problem was solved 2 months+ later. Foolishly gave then another chance. Recently I made a payment on my account (ALWAYS paid full balance), which didn't go through and I furnished them with proof of payment (stamped statement by bank), which they didn't accept. Made 15 mile round trip to my bank and got a copy of the paying-in slip and emailed it this to them. The answer to this was that they had located the payment and applied it to my account! Two days later I got another email (from yet another person), saying they could NOT locate the payment but, as a GESTURE OF GOODWILL they would apply it to my account! Such cheek and incompetence I've never come across! Will NEVER use them again.
