Having had them botch up big time before, I foolishly gave them another chance! Won't go into great detail, as it would take too long, but they botched up again, this time with a "missing payment" (I've ALWAYS paid the full statement amount). I furnished them with proof, which they didn't accept (?), so I went to the bank to get a copy of the paying-in slip and send that off to them, too. Three days later, I finally got confirmation that they had 'located' the payment and it was applied to my account which, miraculously, it actually was! However a further three days on, I got another email (this was about the sixth email - all from different people) to say my payment had NOT been located but, AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL, they would apply it to my account! I requested they close my account. NEVER again!
