I ordered a TV which wasn't available for 10 days. They then cancelled the order by e mail as not now available. Asked for refund. No response. Then message to say it wasn't cancelled after all and they will send it in 5 days. I bought a TV elsewhere when they cancelled but they have not refunded my money. They seem to be completely inefficient and incompetent and took money without completing the contract. Will contact credit card company tomorrow unless they respond and refund today. Utterly useless.
