I purchased a lawnmower back in April 2020. The item is no longer working, I emailed studio and had no reply, I decided to phone them, the person who answered my call, Couldn’t really speak English, nor could she understand it considering the amount of time I had to repeat my name, account number, why I’m calling, eventually after going off the phone for the 5th time I was told that someone would contact me about a replacement, that was over a week ago and no one has called me.
Cheap clothes and cheap electrical items are what studio are all about.
I will be taking my complaint to the ombudsman and trading standards and will not stop until I have my money back or a replacement.
Do it use this company.
