So I had an account, no problems, then I started seeing that other people’s accounts were getting hacked but I didn’t worry as I’m so careful. Well I discovered my account was hacked as they changed my email address! This was back at the beginning of may, their phones were off (Covid as an excuse) and didn’t respond to emails. So I kicked off on their Facebook page and mid June I was offered £50 compensation and they’d open a new account and move my balance over. Didn’t hear from them again until September when I had an arrears letter! I still didn’t have the details to pay and they still had their phones off and ignored emails, so I then kicked off on Facebook again. They promised to credit my account for £50 and correct my credit file (they also hadn’t closed my hacked account). 4 weeks on and they’re still ignoring me and I still have the incorrect info on my credit file. Studio you suck
