Incompetent liars
I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent or inconsistent company in my life. App took a double payment for an order in September. 9 phone calls and TWENTY SIX Facebook messages later I am still no closer to a resolution. Lie after lie, advisors don’t read the Facebook threads and Contact Centre advisors must be reading from the Big Book of Generic Fob Offs. Absolute disgrace.
