I have 2 kits. Both purchased over a year ago. Fitted both bikes and put them away until our vacation July 2022. Troubleshooting and swapping reveals that the handlebar mount/ control unit is faulty. I have many open service tickets but no one is answering. These kits were over $1100 US and I can’t get a response from Swytch.
Anyone home?
