I have been very patient and accepted your "reasons" for delays, but you have worn my patience out. I have received 3 dates that my kits were at the Local Fulfillment Center with the latest date showing a delivery date of Dec 28-Jan 7. Yesterday, the Fulfillment Center's arrival date changed again to Jan 10.
No phone numbers for customer service and no response to emails. I called the warehouse in the UK Tuesday, Jan 10, for a refund for two kits.
