Like many other reviewers, I too have experienced horrendous customer service. I ordered my kit in April 2022 and as of today (Jan 2023), I have still not received my kit and radio silence from Swytch for the delay. Yet, somehow they are still claiming they can deliver in approx. 4 months.
I expect nothing from Swytch and advise other's to look elsewhere. Sad, as it was a promising option.
