Help desk is useless and unresponsive. I have received 2 notices that my delivery is being deferred due to non-payment of a tax invoice which I have requested twice and still not received. Instead I receive a nicely written but useless standard corporate general information diversion response saying they will handle promptly, but do not.
And when dialing the phone number Verizon states the number is no valid.
