Waiting 6 months to be told on the due date they could not supply the order due to shipping issues… had ordered extended range batter and asked accep one capable of 15km! To buy a second back up to meet the original range was an additional 200 pounds! Offer of refund accepted… who needs an electric bike with a 10 mile range! Cannot recommend .
