I got a Swytch kit for my Brompton, and have been very pleased with it. Use it mainly for a 5 mile commute, including one large hill. The kit works extremely well - it is a 3 gear Brompton, and the hill would be a challenge with the Swytch. With it, I can do it easily.
One small drawback is that the plastic sensor fittings are quite thin and easily damaged, so that after a few years mine is kept in place with sellotape (!). But Swytch have kindly offered to replace it for free, so no problems there.
