Although it was a long wait for my Swytch Bike Universal Pro Kit. The Swytch Bike Universal Pro Kit arrived in early June 2021. Everything arrived in a well packaged box . I followed the instructions fitted the new wheel, sensor and handle bar mount. The installation was mostly straight forward apart from the sensor which fits to the pedal took a bit of time to get in the correct position. In use it is excellent at boosting acceleration from a standstill. It drops away seamlessly when speeds goes above 15 mph and surges back when speeds drop as when encountering a hill. The performance so far is good, time will tell how it performs long term. Registering the warranty took longer. The warranty check in could have been soomther, they should have definitely put examples of all six pictures and the video required at the start of the process.
