The Swytch kit enabled me keep my hand built road bike long after the hills became just too steep to enjoy. Cabling and connections are sturdy and, twelve months down the line, the motor and battery are still performing as intended.
With a similar bike consisting upwards of £3k now, the pedal assist system has proved the best of both worlds: a comfortable ride without the fear of hills.
