I took delivery of my Swytch order in November 2021 and fitted the Swytch kit to my 30 year old Hard Rock bike. I found fitting the kit to the Hard Rock bike to be straight forward. On riding the bike I had a problem with the drive from the Swytch drive cutting out when climbing hills. To Swytch's credit they diagnosed the problem in the battery and were helpful in sending a number of spare parts to solve the problem. I have now fitted the Swytch kit on my old bike to a new bike. Before I bought the new bike I looked into purchasing an ebike at around £2,500 but decided that the Swytch kit I had was OK for my social riding and transferred it to my new bike. The riding experience of Swytch on the new bike has been good and has the advantage of the bike being lighter than a designed ebike. To summarize I have been satisfied with my Swytch purchase and provides good value if you fit to a bike that you already have and like.
