I initially saw Swytch on BBC tv programme Click and that gave me some reassurance that the company and products were worth checking out further and I'm pleased I did. I've only had my kit for a few weeks and I'm impressed. I did a lot of research making sure that the kit was right for my bike, I soon realised that the Swytch customer services team were on the ball and keen to help without pushing for a sale. The lead time for delivery is well communicated but it was still painful for me as I couldn't wait to get going. It was very easy to set up, lots of useful stuff on their website and also friendly people on the end of the phone. I use it daily, no issues yet, I was apprehensive about the extra weight of the battery pack on the handlebars but actually it's fine. However, my personal preference would be for the weight (1.5kg) to be on the frame's down-tube instead like on some other ebikes and perhaps next time I buy from Swytch it might be an option.
