Swytch has been great to deal with. I received the Swytch kit from my Mom after she upgraded her system. I helped install this kit originally on her Kestrel with much help from Swytch technicians. This lasted several years flawlessly. Now it's my turn using this on a vintage tandem to give my wife and I a little assist in some more difficult terrain. We love riding our tandem while out camping. Can't wait to put it in service. Thanks Swytch!
