I purchased the Swytch Eco kit for my Xootr Swift bike in May, 2020. After all my research, I was prepared for a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the kit in mid-November just 6 months after ordering.
The install was as described on their website and went very smoothly.
My experience with Swytch has been exceptionally good. Their customer service has been responsive and my problems resolved promptly. I would recommend the kit to anyone that wanted to make their bike electric.
