Very easy to fit works really well on the steam roller which is a track bike frame. It has really good momentum. I am a big guy and getting around 12 miles from the bigger battery. Instead of a single speed I have fitted it with a three speed sturmey archer hub on a 700 c wheel. I am 61 and have had tachycardic arrhythmia so have to be careful pushing my heart rate up to maximum. The switch kit has really helped me. Great for work I am a community worker who travels all over the city daily.
