Swytch are a huge marketing con. People are now becoming very aware of what swytch are doing. They brought out the 1st and 2nd gen kits using cheap chinese battery cells which fail after 1 to 2 years. At the same time they announce they are bringing out an upgrade knowing full well that all the customers who bought the 1st and 2nd kits have no option to replace their batteries as swytch nolonger sell them thus forcing you into buying the upgrade. l complained to swytch and to keep me quiet they offered me £100 off the new upgrade kit whitch has nowhere near the same mileage as the older batteries. Their customer service is dreadful but their marketing is very clever. Stay well clear this company. Do not go for the upgrade con there are battery repair companies that will fit new samsung cells in you 1st and 2nd gen batteries for £250 and will be much higher quality and last much longer that the swytch rubbish.
