We were missing the pedal sensor from our Switch conversion bikes when we started on a bike ride a couple of weeks ago after hauling the bikes on the back of the camper to our nearby campground. We were still able to have a great time since we have the optional thumb throttles.
When I contacted customer service with a description of the problem, they dispatched replacement parts the same day. Couldn't ask for better service than that.
