I bought a kit which took 10 months to arrive. Within a few months following installation the power failed to drive the bike . I have emailed / left phone messages countless times to get help and have been met with silence - apart from one email sending me screen shots of the manual which I already have.
I now have no bike !! And still no-one answers my messages. Absolutely shocking ( non existent) customer service !
