I have fitted two kits one to a mountain bike and then several months later one to a folding bike. The second was easier because of the experiance with the first but bothe were fairly quick to do.
The most difficult part is fitting the pedal sensor and I had to go back to the mountain bike to correct the fit after what I learnt from the folding bike install.
I find the little panel for adjusting the assist ( 1 - 5 ) essential to use frequently and I cannot understand how anyone could manage without it. Especially in anywhere as hilly as where I live.
