I purchased two Swytch systems. Once you get them going , they are terrific.
I had separate issues with each BUT the service team managed to work me through the issues. One issue was that my frame was large and the 'pick up' didn't fit but I was sent a different part and the unit works really well. The customer service team was very responsive but the replacement parts were shipped from the UK.
