Installation was simple. In use it works well, although the range is not quite as good as I'd hoped and it does struggle on the hills a little so still needs a good solid input via the pedals. The battery state LEDs on the actual battery are much more optimistic than the display on the keypad, showing more charge than there actually is, which caught me out a couple of times. There is some drag from the motor when not in use so unpowered requires more effort.
