We have 3 bikes converted to Swytch. The product has been great for us. We had our local bike shop install all three. The only issue is receiving the product as suggested by the vendor. We did order an extra battery for our last kit with a specific color but had to change to default since we didn't want to wait longer for the delivery. Do I recommend it? Personally, we didn't have any issue with the kit and we enjoy using it since it does require us to pedal. All of our bikes with this kits are light compare to our ebikes which are much heavier. We do not have any hills. Most of our commute are 5 miles or less. We also attach a bike trailer to one of the bikes with the kit and we use it for grocery shopping including Costco runs. No issues at all. Hopefully the delivery issues get address this year so that those interested can get it much sooner (1-2 months).
