The good: it works. Simple to use. Reasonable price. Makes cycling uphill with a heavy load sooo much easier.
The bad: didn’t read the small print and had not realised that the axle would not fit my trek bike. In the end I put it on an old bike we had and it fits fine. Not ideal but still happy.
Recommend that you regularly check your brake pads as they wear down faster than normal.
