I was happy to wait for the delivery delay for the reduced cost involved. I had no need for customer service and found the assembly to be fairly straightforward. The components seem to be of excellent quality Except for the magnetic disc centre parts that are made from hard plastic. Rubberized tines would be better to ensure concentricity and grip. An option to reduce the centre of gravity and mount the battery on the frame would stabilize the assembled bike.
