Easy to set up and makes my commute a dream now. Had a small issue and got quick and prompt replies from customer service who sent me out spare parts. Would absolutely recommend to anybody interested in converting their bike.
Only room for improvement in my eyes is battery capacity especially on cold days I find the range reduces a bit even if I am managing the power and when the battery dies die the bike definitely feels heavier to cycle when not under power, though it is still absolutely manageable
