1) Not all parts were shipped with the original order, two months receiving the correct parts and the process was not simple.
2) The wheel is out of balance and the front brake will not operate correctly as it grabs and bounces.
3)The supplied battery is supposed to be good for 15K but will not last that long even on the lowest power setting. That size battery is worthless in my opinion.
The overall riding experience is as expected when working properly and you don't have to brake often. Installation was as described.
