Install was fairly straight-forward with the website instruction help. (Our axle needed some filing down.)
I have figured out how to use Swytch, but why don't you provide written instructions for use? Seeing the people riding around on videos is not very helpful in determining what the settings for the unit should be in different conditions and the proper use of the toggle switch.
