Truly love this addition to my bike. There's a huge hill where I live that turns my commute into a difficult work out. This has helped immensely. Easy to toggle on and off if you want the work out. I've noticed though - the battery just is NOT lasting the way it did. I usually ride 6 miles round trip to work and need to charge every day. Could be because it's winter now? Not 100% sure, but still gets me where I need to go. Haven't dealt w/ customer service or the company directly, so this is strictly about the product.
