I have been riding my present bike for over 20 years - it was a gift given in appreciation of ecumenical work I had been doing in a Parish I had been serving in in Northern Ireland by the 2 Primary Schools in the village. I was reluctant to change it for a brand new electric bike. The Swytch kit has enabled me to continue to enjoy it and indeed ride it more and further than I had been.
It was keenly priced. I think the length we are required to wait for our kits should be worked on. Thankfully I haven't needed to return anything or seek a refund.
