Fitting of components not as straightforward as videos suggest - modification required to pedal sensor to fit onto bike frame. Good on line response to installation queries.
In operation there is a discrepancy between battery charge indication and controller / display indication.
Despite having the MAX battery the range is far less than expected particularly when operated at minimum setting. Also, assistance cuts out and is intermittent when battery indicator shows three lights or less.
