The service for delivery was good. The product itself is easy to install. A rear wheel option would be better.
Product quality, the bracket for the standard display seems weak. The first one I had broke on the first ride. After pressing hte button I noticed the unit move, I went to tighten it up and the plastic had shattered.
The customer service to replace the part was good. A free replacement was sent and it has lasted a few rides since without issue. Maybe just an unfortunate flaw in the first product.
