Use of my preferred frame was really cool, but customer service kinda sucked. I had issues with battery power and many messages accomplished zero. They just kept describing how it is supposed to function, instead of listening to the customer telling them about electrical misfunction, or no function at all.
Unfortunately, a school bus crashed with bike and ruined the ride and I must retain bicycle, as is, for evidence of wreck.
I cannot help but wonder if the kit had a fault, which contributed to the accident.?
